Just as you wouldn’t go to a therapist once and expect a total transformation, making real and sustainable change to your lifestyle habits and relationship with food takes time. Remember, this isn’t about getting a one size fits all diet handout! If you’ve been struggling with food or health concerns for some time, it can take multiple sessions to work through barriers and and slowly ease into a new way of living.
Follow up sessions are approximately 45 minutes. During our sessions, we will discuss last sessions goals, celebrate successes and troubleshoot when you are struggling. With each session, we will set new goals to work towards your goals. With follow up packages, you’ll receive more support outside of the sessions with unlimited email support
