Amanda Rosenberg MS, RDN is a food enthusiast turned registered dietitian nutritionist.
My love of food and cooking started early in life. I originally completed an associate's degree in culinary arts and worked in numerous restaurants. Although I loved cooking, working a commercial kitchen was not a sustainable life for me, so I went on to complete a bachelor of science in nutritional science at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. From there, I went on to completed a dietetic internship and master of science in clinical nutrition at Oregon Health & Science University.
I have been a registered dietitian nutritionist since 2015. I have worked with adults in physical rehab, skilled nursing facilities, long term care, outpatient clinics, and in the hospital. I strive to help adults take charge of their health at any age.
When I am not in the kitchen, you will find me spending time with my family or exploring new places!
